Headed to the cinemas to watch Clash of the Titans with my BFFs!



The show was indeed very very thrilling. Got me sitting at the edge of my seat, and very very tensed up. It's somewhat a mix of action with horror I think, since the monsters and the companions are really really ugly and scary! Well, the story is about Perseus, son of Zeus refusing the offer by Zeus, Sanctuary and going on a mission to stop Hades and his minions in destroying the city. Okay, just to sidetrack, in Percy Jackson, Perseus is actually the son of Poseidon, but now he's the son of Zeus. Don't really know what is correct though, but whatever Hollywood presents, its all fiction, so don't brood over the topic like I did!

Help was gathered along the way to help him on his mission. The group fought groups of scorpions, found the 3 witches who told them the way to kill the Kraken (HUGE minion of Hades/Final Monster). Oh by the way, the 3 witches are super scary and disgusting!!!! And finally find Medusa and obtain her head. So throughout the entire show, you barely have enough time to relax, since it's filled with so much action. One might get dizzy because the scenes are actually very shaky, especially during the fights. But oh well, action movie, so just make do with it. And the ending was relatively stupid, since the city was still destroyed even though he managed to destroy the Kraken and stop Hades as well. And Zeus repaid his efforts somehow, with a very stupid gift. BAH!

Comments: Got me very tensed up while watching, and the action scenes are indeed very nice. But, I still hate the ending!
