Tuesday, January 13, 2009 OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!! JANUARY IS LIKE THE MONTH OF ANNE HATHAWAY (I find her shows GREAT!)!!!! 3 MOVIES OF HERS AND ITS GOING TO MAKE ME BROKE!!! I WANNA WATCH ALL 3, ANYONE INTERESTED IN GOING WITH ME??? This is the movie where she cuts her hair short short short.... A brief description of the movie taken from cathay: When KYM (Anne Hathaway) returns to the Buchman family home for the wedding of her sister RACHEL (Rosemarie Dewitt), she brings a long history of personal crisis, family conflict and tragedy along with her. The wedding couple’s abundant party of friends and relations have gathered for a joyful weekend of feasting, music and love, but Kym—with her biting one-liners and flair for bombshell drama—is a catalyst for long-simmering tensions in the family dynamic. Filled with the rich and eclectic characters that remain a hallmark of Jonathan Demme’s films, RACHEL GETTING MARRIED paints a heartfelt, perceptive and sometimes hilarious family portrait. Director Demme, first-time writer Jenny Lumet, and the stellar acting ensemble leaven the drama of these difficult but compelling people with wry affection and generosity of spirit. Movie Number 2: Passengers (PG) This is the movie which i saw the trailer while watching Twilight and vowed to catch it. Its a really interesting show. A bit of horror lor.. Brief Description: After a horrific plane crash, a young therapist, Claire Summers (Anne Hathaway), is assigned by her mentor (Andre Braugher) to counsel the flight’s five remaining passengers. Claire’s difficulties in taking on such an assignment are made all the more complex when she’s confronted by Eric (Patrick Wilson), a passenger who refuses her help and instead uses the crash as an excuse to break the rules and openly court her. As Claire struggles to maintain a professional distance from Eric, her other patients struggle with recollections of the accident which are at odds with the airline’s official explanation. After their memories of a possible mid-air explosion surface, the passengers begin mysteriously disappearing, and Claire suspects the airline is behind it. Determined to uncover the truth, Claire is drawn deeper into a conspiracy—and deeper into a relationship with Eric—that will soon collide in an explosive twist of fate. Last Movie: Bride Wars The movie poster which I saw while watching Wild Child, and also another vow to catch it. Although its not out yet, but its highly anticipated!!! Anne HATHAWAY!!! YOU ROCK MAN!!! love her <3 Labels: Anne Hathaway
